Role Highlights:

  Key Responsibilities:
  
• Supervise graduate technical support team.
  
• Monitor and assess ticket resolution quality.
  
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
  
• Assist with performance reviews.
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
  
• Maintain internal documentation and training guides.
  
• Support onboarding of new team members.
  
• Recommend process improvements.
  
  Essential Skills & Experience:
  
• Knowledge of heat networks or heating systems.
  
• Experience in technical support or as a heating/controls engineer.
  
• Familiar with ticketing systems like Fresh Desk, Zendesk, or Jira.
  
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
  
• Experience in documentation and training content.
