Role Description

This is a full-time or part time, on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist located in Marlborough. The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing physical conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, performing therapeutic treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Additional responsibilities include consulting with other healthcare professionals, maintaining up-to-date patient records, and educating clients on preventive techniques and exercises. The role also involves leading a team of therapists and contributing to continuous improvement in clinical practices and contributing to business growth and development.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in assessing and diagnosing physical conditions, and creating treatment plans
  • Experience in performing therapeutic treatments and monitoring patient progress
  • Proficiency in consulting with other healthcare professionals and maintaining patient records
  • Ability to educate clients on preventive techniques and exercises
  • Leadership skills to lead a team of physiotherapists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK
  • Experience in a variety of rehabilitation techniques is a plus
