We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, EMEA Field Marketing.  This role is in London.

As VP, you will support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. You will collaborate with regional field marketing leadership and contribute to global strategic marketing programs to drive commercial outcomes, enhance market presence, and align marketing efforts with the company’s strategic objectives.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Event Strategy & Execution 

Lead the planning, management and execution of strategic, client-facing events from a marketing perspective across the UK, Europe and the Middle East 

Develop event content and narrative flow, including briefing notes, talking points, and session discussion guides to support senior leaders

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners to ensure delivery of excellence and brand consistency, 

Field Marketing Execution

Support the implementation of field marketing strategies to drive demand generation, client engagement, and brand awareness across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East

Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure field marketing aligns with business objectives, product strategies, and target audience needs.

Assist in balancing brand consistency with regional execution.

Alignment & Campaign Support

Work with commercial leadership to ensure field marketing programs support and accelerate the sales cycle and revenue goals.

Contribute to targeted initiatives, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), for high-value prospects and clients.

Provide insights to optimize lead conversion, pipeline acceleration, and regional commercial performance.

Support the creation and deployment of multi-channel field marketing campaigns tailored to local market needs and assist in evaluating campaign performance.

Strategic Programs

Contribute to the development and deployment of strategic programs aimed at enhancing global commerciality.

Support high-visibility programs that drive increased sales engagement and enterprise standardization, such as annual sales kick-off and corporate narrative training.

Collaborate with stakeholders across businesses, regions, and within Marketing & Communications.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

Several years progressive marketing experience in the financial services industry or a related field, including ownership of mid-to-large-scale event management

Experience supporting go-to-market strategies and commercial programs.

Ability to think globally and act locally, balancing strategy with tactical execution.

Understanding of regional market dynamics across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

Sensitivity to cultural differences and ability to adapt marketing strategies for diverse markets.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Experience with ABM, demand generation, and customer lifecycle marketing.

Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
