The Opportunity

My client is a global technology provider delivering hybrid cloud and infrastructure solutions. They are seeking a Sales Director who thrives in fast-growth environments. You'll be the boots on the ground, shaping how we win new customers, drive cross-sell opportunities, and build long-term enterprise relationships.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning and exceeding regional sales targets in hybrid/multi-cloud solutions.
  • Building pipeline from the ground up (with SDR support).
  • Driving new logo acquisition while unlocking cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Engaging CIOs, CTOs, and technical stakeholders with credible hybrid cloud expertise.
  • Collaborating with presales, product, and architecture teams to deliver tailored solutions.

What We\'re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B technology sales (services/managed services/infrastructure/telecoms)
  • A hunter mindset with a track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Experience building a sales practice and defining sales strategy
  • Strong technical knowledge of hybrid cloud/multi cloud/data centres
  • Experience in highly regulated industries
  • Comfortable with greenfield selling - defining targets, building pipeline, and shaping strategy
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with the energy to grow something from the ground up
  • Comfortable with travel for client visits and events
