This is a hands-on role, responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment to keep operations running efficiently and safely.
What youll do:
Carry out reactive mechanical maintenance to minimise downtime.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults, escalating complex issues when needed.
Support improvement projects and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) activities.
Maintain accurate records in the CMMS and update documentation as required.
Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

What youll bring:
Apprenticeship to NVQ Lv3 or above in Mechanical Engineering or HNC/HND In Mechanical Engineering.
Previous experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based team environment and commitment to health & safety.
