We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), though we are open to part-time applicants as part of a job share arrangement. The role requires flexibility to cover a range of shift patterns.

Duties Of This Role Include

  • Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
  • Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
  • Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
  • Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care.
  • Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services.

Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria

  • HCPC – registered Physiotherapist
  • Both Inpatient and Outpatient post-registration experience. Ideally hand therapy and women’s health experience.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to team working and service improvement.
  • 2 years minimum experience is required.
