Are you a Mechanical Fitter/Service Engineer or similar looking to take the next step in your career as a senior within the water industry?

Do you want a Monday to Friday days-based role with a van provided, where you will receive plenty of optional overtime paid up to 2x rate, allowing you boost your earnings significantly?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company who have been operating for nearly 40 years making them a force within the industry. They are trusted suppliers and consultants of industry leading equipment to some huge organisations across the UK working in a range of industries from water treatment, agriculture and manufacturing.

In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance of CSO screens and mechanical equipment within water treatment sites. By stepping into a senior role, you will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of maintenance is upheld and filing necessary reports.

A company vehicle will be provided to cover a Yorkshire patch with all fuel and tools provided. This is a Monday to Friday days-based role with early finishes on a Friday.

This role would suit a Mechanical Fitter / Service Engineer with a mechanical level 3 NVQ from a water treatment or CSO background looking to take the next step in their career as a Senior Engineer.

The Role

  • Service water treatment equipment across a Yorkshire patch
  • Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Maintain quality and standards of work, filing necessary reports
  • Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm with a 3pm finish on Fridays
  • Optional overtime paid up to 2x rate

The Person

  • Mechanical NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Looking for a field service role covering Yorkshire working on water treatment equipment
