The Position

This is an opportunity to join a Property Consultancy in the heart of Central London.

You will work on projects in various sectors such as commercial, industrial, and high-end residential projects.

The suitable candidate should excel in engineering design and be comfortable leading projects from inception to completion while working with minimal supervision.

You’ll work alongside other areas of the business, giving a very similar feel to working client-side.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing conceptual designs of HVAC systems
  2. Designing pipe work systems
  3. Plant sizing
  4. Responsible for equipment selection/calculations
  5. Developing clear and concise drawings, specifications, and product schedules to define mechanical systems

There will be a strong focus on your development. This company will support you in your endeavors, whether that be expanding your role to Associate or looking to add additional qualifications.
