Overview

As the Lead Mechanical Project Engineer, you will provide and deliver high-quality, cost-effective mechanical engineering services to meet the needs of various client groups, projects, and the residents of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Your responsibilities include managing mechanical and electrical engineers, ensuring the efficient maintenance and improvement of properties, and leading mechanical aspect planning for allocated projects. You will also advise on environmental impacts, maintain compliance with statutory requirements, and support the development and implementation of maintenance programs. Exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to sustainability and innovation are essential attributes defining you.

  • Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering for various building types
