  • Band 6 Physiotherapist with experience in hospital ward, rehabilitation/regalement.
  • Mobility assessment, exercise programme, and discharge planning.
  • Provision of equipment (manual handling experience essential)
  • Supervision of junior staff.
  • Car driver essential- required to carry items of equipment in car.
  • Knowledge of common conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, dementia, MSK, COPD, orthopaedics and falls.
