Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially-minded Patisserie Manager to lead our patisserie to new levels of success. This role combines business management, team leadership, and customer engagement to deliver a profitable, thriving patisserie that is loved by customers and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales & Profitability: Grow revenue through smart product promotion, upselling, and menu innovation. Monitor sales, margins, and costs to ensure a profitable business.
  • Lead & Develop the Team: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee production, stock, hygiene, and quality control to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Customer & Community Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service, respond to feedback, and build strong local relationships through events, partnerships, and outreach.
  • Marketing & Innovation: Support promotions, seasonal offerings, and social media to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Proven experience managing a patisserie, bakery, or similar food business.
