Multi-skilled Mechanical Engineer


Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems, heating and cooling systems, and water system assets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of service for the client; answer queries, report defects, and keep them informed of site activities during service visits.
  • Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, keeping a log of inspection reports and remedial work.
  • Perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Participate in the On‑Call Rota and drive customers to sites, holding a valid full driving licence.
  • Use mobile devices for communication and documentation; be IT literate.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
  • Relevant qualifications required, e.g. C&G Level 3 or Level 5, NVQ or HNC equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
