  • A competitive base
    salary of 38,625, with on-target earnings of up to 55,000 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable)

  • A guaranteed overtime
    option to increase your base salary to 44,385, plus additional overtime
    and bonus opportunities

  • 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:00 am
    to 4:30 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.




As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair division, youll bring expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, youll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage.

What youll need:



  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
  • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
