Role & Responsibilities

  • Mechanical installation includes LTHW / BCWS risers, soldered copper in communal corridors, Henco and copper within plots, along with MVHR, HIU, UFH, sprinklers, trace heating.
  • Assistance in the delivery of the mechanical aspect of the project, while coordinating with the electrical department and construction team.
  • Supervise mechanical installation comprising subcontractors, in-house plumbers and pipe-fitters and improvers etc.
  • Carry out, edit and review quality assurance inspections and reports, toolbox talks, timesheets and other project documents.
  • Review specifications, drawings and reports to ensure compliance and programme.
  • Have excellent working knowledge of mechanical installation and possess technical qualifications.

Requirements

  • Good reporting and communication skills with an ability to get the most out of those being supervised.
  • Residential experience required.
  • CSCS card and trade qualifications required.
