Role Description


This is a full-time role located in the Greater Leicester Area, with flexibility for some remote work all within 1.5 hours from Leicester. The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordinating, and execution of mechanical and building services projects. Responsibilities include managing procurement processes, budget forecasting, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse teams to maintain high standards of quality and project efficiency in alignment with company goals.


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Building Services and Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in procurement and cost management, including budgeting
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in mechanical Building Services and open to learning new skills within other building services
  • Proven ability to manage projects efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Building Services Qualifications in specialist field
  • Previous experience in commercial or end-user building services projects is advantageous
  • Team player and able to fit and excel within the Teper MEP team
