Location: Wallsend
Shift: Day Shift
Pay Rate: £21.50 per hour
Start: ASAP
We are urgently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our client in Wallsend. This is a fast-paced role where reliability, skill, and strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Interpreting and working from engineering drawings
*
Carrying out final assembly works to a high standard
*
Performing bolting and torquing tasks accurately
*
Following set procedures and assembly instructions
*
Working efficiently within a busy, fast-moving environment
*
Working at height as required
What We're Looking For:
*
Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter
*
Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings
*
Experience with final assembly processes
*
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship
*
Confident working at height
*
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*
Competent, capable, and able to hit the ground running
