  • Must have a City and Guilds - Mechanical Engineering Services NVQ Level 3 or higher.
  • Must have a qualification called Competent Person Mechanical and Pressure Systems (CPMPS)
  • Must have a Full UK Driving licence
  • Must be technically experienced in maintenance of mechanical services in commercial buildings covering heating, ventilation, air conditioning, boilers etc
  • Look for people who live in areas near Portsmouth in Hampshire plus in places such as Hayling Island, Porchester, Havant, Fareham, and the nearby areas to Portsmouth in Hampshire
