Your new role Design and specification of sustainable and cost-effective mechanical systems Site visits for appraisals, surveys, and condition reports Ensuring mechanical systems meet performance, efficiency, and regulatory standards Preparation of technical documentation including schedules, drawings, and reports HVAC system design, domestic water services, and drainage layouts Delivery of high-quality work with strong attention to detail What you'll need to succeed Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical building services design, either with a consultancy or contractor.
