Responsibilities

  • Participate in market needs analysis to discover emerging trends in the agricultural sector;
  • Responsible for advancing the “Stage Gate” design stages within a multidisciplinary project team;
  • Responsible for the improvement and management of the product lifecycle for one or more product lines, from design to market withdrawal;
  • Serve as the technical reference for the product line under your responsibility;
  • Perform mathematical calculations and risk analysis;
  • Test prototypes in collaboration with the workshop team;
  • Occasionally travel to client sites for analysis, support, and prototype testing;
  • Monitor product performance and propose strategic adjustments;

Your Profile

  • Possess a sharp mind and enjoy problem-solving;
  • Strong analytical skills, customer focus, and ability to translate market needs into technical solutions;
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations;
  • Organizational skills and resourcefulness;
  • Strong attention to detail and quality work;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities;
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • Proficiency in Solidworks software;
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., PLM) is an asset;
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken (asset);

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, product management experience, or equivalent;
  • Skills in mechanical design project management;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience;
  • Experience in the manufacturing and agricultural sectors is an asset.
