Are you a hands-on Mechanical Technician who thrives on variety, challenge, and precision engineering? We’re looking for experienced Workshop and Field ServiceEngineers to take on an exciting, full-time position supporting a wide range of industrial equipment and installations across the UK — with a strong focus on the southeast.

In this role, you’ll be working with complex rotating machinery, high-performance turbines, and critical plant systems — ensuring they run at peak efficiency through expert maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out mechanical repairs and servicing on rotating equipment, including large turbines, pumps, and associated systems.
• Maintaining auxiliary and balance-of-plant equipment such as gearboxes, coolers, conveyors, and valves.
• Using precision measuring tools — micrometers, alignment tooling, and other diagnostic instruments — to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Delivering both workshop-based and on-site service activities, producing detailed condition reports and professional recommendations.
• Communicating technical findings clearly to customers and colleagues, both in person and in writing.
• Diagnosing complex mechanical issues within heavy industrial environments.
