The role
We are seeking an

Mechanical Contracts Manager

to join this clients growing team based just outside of Bristol. In this role, youll be given the opportunity to lead high-profile projects, delivering electrical installations and solutions across various sectors. Heres what youll be doing:
Project Leadership:

Take full responsibility for delivering electrical contracts from inception to completion, overseeing installation, commissioning, and handover while ensuring compliance with client specifications and all relevant industry standards.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and delivering projects that consistently exceed expectations.
Project Oversight:

Manage all facets of mechanical project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource planning, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Technical Oversight:

Apply your in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems to guide project teams, ensuring designs, installations, and upgrades are carried out to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Proactive Problem Solving:

Anticipate and resolve technical and logistical challenges, introducing innovative solutions that ensure smooth project delivery and continuous client satisfaction.
Team Management:

Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environment.
Health & Safety Leadership:

Champion a strong health and safety culture, ensuring all activities comply with current legislation and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Development:

Keep abreast of emerging technologies, evolving regulations, and industry trends, contributing to ongoing improvements in service delivery and reinforcing the businesss position as a trusted leader in electrical contracting.
