Job Title: Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester Location: Retford Salary: £40,000 per annum (up to £43,000 with MOT Management Qualification) Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:30 (no weekends, no bank holidays) Reference: 29342 Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join a respected dealership team in Retford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician who can take full ownership of workshop duties, including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and MOT testing.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out MOT tests on all booked vehicles.
Perform full vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
Ensure all service administration meets manufacturer and company standards.
Adhere to MOT and manufacturer safety protocols.
Take full responsibility for all aspects of workshop operationsthis role requires a versatile Vehicle Technician who can do it all.
Requirements: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
Valid MOT licence.
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, capable of handling all workshop tasks.
Full UK driving licence.
Benefits: £100£200 monthly bonus.
£150 tax-free car allowance per month (~£2,000/year).
22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
No weekend or bank holiday working.
Christmas shutdown.
