Your Role as a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician

As part of our skilled and motivated team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles – To manufacturer and safety standards
  • Diagnosing faults – Carrying out Vehicle Health Checks and recommending repairs
  • Preparing new and used vehicles – Ensuring they are showroom-ready
  • Road testing vehicles – To guarantee the quality of your work
  • Accurate job card completion – Following company and manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintaining tools and equipment – Ensuring everything is safe and operational

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Level 3 Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance – Essential for this role
  • Previous experience in a high-volume dealership or workshop
  • Attention to detail – Producing consistent, high-quality work under time pressure
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and standards
  • Ability to follow instructions – Both written and spoken
  • Full UK Driving Licence – Required for road testing vehicles
