Location: Brize Norton, Oxfordshire
Shift Pattern: Days & Nights (5 on, 4 off, 5 on; 6am-6pm/6pm-6am)
Pay: £20.18/hr (PAYE) | £27.00/hr (Umbrella) + 13.88% shift uplift

Are you passionate about aviation and ready to play a vital role in keeping Airbus A400M aircraft safe, reliable, and ready for action? At Guidant Global, we connect talented people with exciting opportunities. We're looking for a skilled Line Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Brize Norton.
What You'll Do
Carry out safe and efficient maintenance, inspections, and routine work on Airbus A400M aircraft, following technical manuals and company procedures.
Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and replace components as needed, ensuring all work meets the highest health, safety, and quality standards.
Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including defect rectification and daily operational checks, under both civilian and military supervision.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety policies.
Support the upkeep of the maintenance environment-vehicle checks, restocking consumables, tool control, and equipment care.
Contribute to ongoing team improvement initiatives and occasionally assist with workshop and support activities.
Stay up to date with required training and maintain your authorisation to work on A400M aircraft.
What We're Looking For
Recognised engineering apprenticeship and at least 3 years' experience maintaining operational aircraft, or an EASA Cat 'A' Licence.
Hands-on experience with commercial or military transport aircraft (line and base maintenance experience desirable).
Confident using technical manuals and documentation to complete maintenance tasks.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and upholding safety and quality standards.
Willingness to work at height and undertake all necessary training (including operating mobile working platforms).
Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (BPSS+; British nationals for SC clearance).
