Lead Data Architect / up to £85,000 + Bonus / Yorkshire

Are you an experienced Lead Data Architect looking to drive large-scale cloud transformation projects? This is your chance to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge data architecture across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

What do we need from you?

Strong technical background with hands-on development and data modelling experience.
Deep understanding of Data Governance, Data Lineage, and GDPR policies.
Awareness of security best practices and cloud-based architectures.
Experience working across multiple stakeholders, managing risks throughout architecture and project lifecycles.
Highly desirable: Experience with cloud data migration programmes, specifically Azure.

What can you expect?

Opportunity to overhaul and implement a new cloud-based secure finance management system.
Upgrading systems to support new product innovations.
Designing cloud-based customer ID access management solutions.
Implementing a new real-time payments system for web and mobile applications.
Leading a data architecture team across 23 workstreams, upskilling internal teams, and collaborating with third-party vendors.This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of secure, cloud-based systems and play a key role in a major data transformation as the organisation look to implement new products and AI.
