Main duties of the job

We're looking for a versatile and confident Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Nurse Flex team - a dynamic group working across multiple clinical programmes including biosimilars, wound care, stem cell therapies, and wider patient support services.

This role combines hands-on clinical care with patient education, service delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. It's perfect for a nurse who enjoys variety, independence, and being part of an agile team making a genuine difference in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care and education to patients, families, and carers in both hospital and homecare environments.

Work flexibly across multiple programmes, including biosimilar therapy support, wound care management, and emerging stem cell and regenerative treatments.

Run nurse-led clinics within hospital settings, providing expert support and guidance.

Provide in-home care and patient education to ensure continuity and adherence to treatment plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across NHS and private sites.

Accurately complete all documentation and ensure compliance with service operating procedures.

Support service reviews, audits, and data collection to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the wider Patient Solutions team to ensure seamless, patient-centred care delivery.

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

What we're looking for:

Current NMC registration

Minimum 2 years post-registration nursing experience

A self-driven, organised professional who can work independently

Excellent communication skills and confidence working with patients and healthcare teams

Full UK/Irish driving licence
