HGV Mechanic Trafford Park Pay: £21.41 per hour Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12-hour day shifts) 6am

- 6pm Overtime: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate Earning Potential (OTE) Basic (no overtime) = £44,575.87 per year With 3h overtime per week = ~£49,700 OTE With 5h overtime per week = ~£52,800 OTE Must hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI).

Overview Were looking for a motivated HGV Mechanic to join a successful workshop in Trafford Park, owned by a large international vehicle manufacturer.

Youll be working on a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern, carrying out servicing and repairs on a modern fleet.

This role offers great earning potential with overtime available at time and a half, plus the stability and excellent training that comes with a global market leader.

Key Responsibilities Routine vehicle maintenance and repairs to VOSA standards Prepare and present vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment Ensure all job cards and paperwork are completed accurately Maintain good housekeeping and health & safety standards What Youll Need Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI) Proven experience as an HGV Mechanic / Technician Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills Full UK driving licence (HGV licence is an advantage) Whats On Offer £21.41 per xjlbheb hour Overtime at 1.5x hourly rate OTE up to £52,800 per year with regular overtime 4 on 4 off day shift pattern Training and development with a global manufacturer Company pension scheme Modern workshop and equipment Long-term stability with career progression Sound like you?
