We’re looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our progressive, award‑winning Mechanical & Electrical Engineering team in our London office, as part of the 2026 Graduate Programme. You’ll deliver sustainable projects for our communities, planet and society.


This opportunity involves working on live projects from the start across industries such as healthcare and education. You’ll design mechanical services, conduct calculations, collaborate with design teams, work in Revit and 3D BIM, coordinate with other disciplines, produce detailed drawings, contribute to energy and sustainability strategies, attend meetings, visit sites, research new technologies, and engage in continuous professional development.


Your Role

  • Work on live projects in diverse sectors
  • Design and calculate mechanical services
  • Develop scheme design concepts with supervisors
  • Use Revit and 3D BIM modelling software in design production
  • Coordinate designs with other professional disciplines
  • Produce detailed designs and drawings
  • Develop energy and sustainability strategies and dynamic thermal modelling
  • Attend design team and client meetings
  • Undertake site visits or surveys
  • Research and implement new technologies
  • Engage in continuous CPD and learning opportunities
  • Typical work includes HVAC, above‑ground drainage systems, hot and cold‑water services

About You

  • Degree or master’s qualification in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering
  • Passion for an industry that delivers sustainable solutions
  • Adaptability: remain calm and flexible in dynamic situations
  • Perseverance: stay composed and determined when faced with setbacks
  • Collaboration: work effectively with others and value diverse perspectives
