You’ll rotate through different teams and projects to grow your knowledge, skills, and behaviours. **Qualifications / Skills to be successful:**We’re looking for graduates who: Have (or are expecting) a degree in Mechanical Engineering Are curious about how things are designed and built Enjoy applying mathematical principles to solve real-world problems Have an interest in tools like Inventor, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD Love tackling challenges and thinking logically Can clearly communicate ideas and work well in a team Are self-motivated and eager to learnMany of our graduates also work towards professional registration or chartership, and we’ll be here to support you every step of the way. **Additional Information:**To join our Graduate Scheme, you must: Be a UK sole national and a UK resident Be able to obtain at least Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance Be open to relocation or travel within the UK (relocation support is provided!)
