Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £33,000 starting salary + Overtime (Realistic OTE £50,000+)

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday–Friday (paid door-to-door)

Are you an experienced engineer with hydraulic or pneumatic experience, looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing company? This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest Garage Equipment Providers as a Field Service Engineer.

You’ll work from home, travelling to customer sites such as garages and MOT centres to service, maintain, and repair a wide range of workshop equipment. You’ll be fully equipped with a racked van, tools, PPE, and everything you need to deliver a high-quality service.


Your Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and fault diagnostics on a range of garage and workshop equipment, including:
  • Vehicle lifts
  • Brake testers
  • MOT bays
  • Tyre equipment
  • Complete accurate reports and paperwork in line with company quality and safety systems.
  • Manage van stock efficiently to achieve First-Time-Fix targets.
  • Continue developing your technical expertise through on-the-job and formal training.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the service and maintenance of garage or workshop equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to follow instructions, meet standards, and work to deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
