Position: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 Depending on experience

Location: Stevenage

Hours: 07.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to begin work for a leading engineering company based in Stevenage. This is an exciting opportunity working for a world leader in the design, manufacture, assembly and distribution of high quality Audio Visual equipment.

This position requires candidates that possess a mechanical aptitude and are fully competent in the use of hand tools. This role will likely cover a variety of duties and the successful candidate will need to be flexible in their approach to work.

Responsibilities
  • Assembling mechanical and electrical parts and components with high accuracy.
  • Use a variety tools safely and effectively.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous Mechanical Assembly experience
  • Ability to work with hands and use power tools competently.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
