You’ll provide outstanding, compassionate care directly in clients’ homes, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex care needs, mental health conditions, dementia, or elderly clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Homecare Assistant, your role is vital to improving the quality of life for those you support. You’ll provide personal care, assist with nutritional needs, administer medication, and offer companionship—ensuring clients feel valued and cared for in their own homes. All care is delivered in accordance with each client's individual care plan, tailored to their needs.


What We’re Looking For

  • You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Strong communication skills and a good standard of English are required.
  • You’ll need an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
