- Demonstrated leadership in steering a team of channel and account managers.
- Proven ability to develop strong partnerships across various sales channels.
- Proficiency in collaborating across functions such as marketing and finance to execute strategic plans.
- Solid background in customer and channel strategy, alongside sales negotiation skills.
- Astute business and financial accumen with experience in managing profit and loss.
- Track record of implementing sales strategies and optimising eCommerce platforms.
- Expertise in trade marketing and digital engagement with healthcare professionals.
