Your new role:

  • Support the deployment, management, and automation of infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation

  • Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and repeatable application and platform deployments

  • Monitor and optimise cloud consumption, supporting cost visibility and efficiency initiatives

  • Support patching, vulnerability remediation, and security incident response activities to maintain secure environments

  • Assist with the operational management of data platforms, including storage, protection, replication, and automation of data workflows

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Windows and Linux systems, managing updates, performance tuning, and configuration consistency

    What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments (Azure and VMware)

  • Strong understanding of automation, scripting, and configuration management tools

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc)

  • Solid grounding in networking, identity, backup, and security principles

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across infrastructure layers
