With a team of 65 MEP Design Engineers, they’ve built a reputation for delivering smart, sustainable, and commercially sound solutions. Most of their work continues to come through repeat business and trusted client relationships, and they never take on more work than they can deliver.


As a Mechanical Associate, you’ll step into a senior leadership role, working across a diverse range of projects in the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Residential, and Warehousing sectors. One day you might be conducting a dilapidation survey on a CAT B office; the next, leading a Stage 3 design for a major warehouse or managing a team on a complex, multi-disciplinary scheme.


This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of the senior leadership team within a respected and collaborative building services consultancy. You'll have real influence, client-facing responsibility, and the chance to shape the future of both projects and people.
