Responsibilities

Partner with sales teams to co-create AI offers and support pre-sales activity
Deliver presentations and workshops to CxO-level stakeholders, articulating AI's business value
Collaborate with delivery teams to validate solution feasibility and execution models
Work closely with the AI CoE in India to design PoCs, demonstrators, and accelerators
Architect industry-specific AI solutions in:
Banking/Payments: fraud detection, credit scoring, conversational AI, compliance automation
Insurance: claims automation, risk modelling, personalised offerings
Retail: demand forecasting, customer journey optimisation, hyper-personalised marketing
Life Sciences: clinical trial analytics, pharmacovigilance, patient engagement, R&D optimisation
Ensure solutions align with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, PSD2, EU AI Act, Solvency II, healthcare regulations)
Convert PoCs into repeatable offerings for cross-client adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF), AI/ML, or Cloud platforms are a plus

Essential skills

Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, or Digital Transformation
Deep industry knowledge in Banking, Insurance, Payments, Retail, or Life Sciences
Strong grasp of AI-enabled use cases such as fraud detection, hyper-personalisation, or patient analytics
Familiarity with financial and healthcare regulatory landscapes (GDPR, PSD2, EU AI Act, HIPAA)
Excellent communication, client engagement, and workshop facilitation skills
Proven ability to work in matrix environments across global teams

Desired skills

Exposure to AI platforms like Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI
Knowledge of PoC packaging and offer development for enterprise clients

Experience

Experience working with AI CoEs or global delivery teams
