Our client's business security solutions provide high-quality access control systems, CCTV, and security installations for a range of commercial and residential clients. As they expand, we are looking for a skilled Installation & Service Engineer to join their team.

The Role:

Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled engineer to handle the installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial projects. This is a field-based role, requiring travel to various customer sites. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, and servicing of access control systems, CCTV, and security solutions
Diagnosing and troubleshooting system faults and providing effective solutions
Ensuring all work is completed to industry and company quality standards
Providing excellent customer service and technical support
Keeping accurate records of work completed and any system updates
Working both independently and as part of a team
Adhering to health & safety regulations and company policiesWhat they're Looking For

Experience in installing and servicing CCTV and access control systems
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
