Design and develop application software and embedded firmware in C and C++ for future products, while supporting and enhancing an existing product portfolio. Day-to-day work includes FreeRTOS-based real-time firmware, direct hardware and sensor interfacing, microcontroller peripherals, and system integration, debugging and testing alongside cross-functional engineering teams. Products are safety-critical and life-saving, with flexible/hybrid working from Rochester, Kent.
