Job Description

Due to growing business demands, we’re expanding our operations team and looking for a talented Technical Support Advisor to join us.

If you have hands-on experience with Bakery and Catering equipment and a strong technical background, this role could be a perfect fit. Whether you’re an Electromechanical Technical Advisor or an Engineer ready to step into a support position, we want to hear from you!

Your Role

As our Technical Support Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert, assisting field-based engineers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing real-time technical support to engineers to troubleshoot faults

Interpreting technical manuals to ensure accurate part identification

Assessing the priority of reactive calls based on severity

Triage jobs to streamline resource planning and improve efficiency

Transcribing verbal technical details from engineers into company systems

Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with precision

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical skillset and problem-solving mindset. You should have:

Solid understanding of wiring schematics and technical documentation

Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication abilities

A high level of computer literacy

Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies

The ability to research and adapt to new equipment
