About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Plant Mechanic/Fitter to join our team in Oldham. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a range of plant machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Plant Mechanic or Fitter.
  • Strong understanding of plant machinery, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on plant equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Work to high standards in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.
  • Support team members and contribute to a safe, productive workplace.
