Company Description

LV Rehabilitation specialises in providing rehabilitation for individuals with neurological disorders, spinal cord and brain injuries, as well as complex orthopedic and trauma-related conditions. Our mission is to empower clients to live positively and maintain an active lifestyle. Located near Chichester, we deliver therapy services at our well-equipped center, in clients' homes, and within the community. Our team includes physiotherapists, physiotherapy technicians, and we collaborate closely with Speech and Language and Occupational Therapy professionals.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Physiotherapist, based in Chichester. The Senior Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and deliver individualised rehabilitation programs for clients with neurological, orthopedic, or trauma-related conditions. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions at the rehabilitation center, in clients' homes, or in the community, using advanced technology and equipment. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, documenting client progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in physiotherapy assessment, therapy planning, and delivery for neurological, orthopedic, and trauma-related conditions
  • Experience in using advanced rehabilitation equipment and technology
  • Strong mentoring, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working in a community and home-based therapy setting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy and a valid physiotherapy license
  • Specialist certifications in neurological rehabilitation or relevant areas are a plus
