You’ll be carrying out accident-related mechanical repairs, playing a crucial role in getting vehicles safely back on the road. From diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical damage caused by accidents to refitting and testing components to manufacturer standards, your skills will make a real difference to our customers.


At our Newport Bodyshop, we complete over 235 repairs each month, and you’ll be part of a talented team of 16 Technicians. The workshop is fast‑paced and supportive, with dedicated colleagues handling customer contact so you can focus on applying your expertise where it counts most. You’ll enjoy variety, teamwork, and the satisfaction of seeing repaired vehicles ready to go back to their owners.

What you’ll be doing :

Carrying out diagnostics and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards


Identifying faults and completing repairs efficiently and accurately


Recording all work completed in line with company processes


Maintaining high standards of health and safety in the workshop


Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent results and customer service


What we’re looking for :

Proven experience as a qualified Mechanic / Vehicle Technician


Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills


Relevant qualifications (ATA, NVQ, IMI, or equivalent) – desirable but not essential


A proactive, team‑focused approach


Full UK Driving Licence required
