Assan Panel also has polyurethane systems business unit under AssanChem as well as AFG Steel company providing EPCM solutions in building envelope, roof top solar plants, cold rooms and construction of industrial buildings.


We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, responsible for maintaining and repairing all machinery and equipment across the facility, in Ipswich.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Detect and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
  • Perform part replacements, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
  • Support maintenance of pentane, polyol, and isocyanate tanks.
  • Handle conveyor, valve, and welding repairs when needed.
  • Coordinate production or outsourcing of required parts.
  • Record maintenance activities and ensure workplace safety.
  • Assist with electrical maintenance and machine improvement projects.
