Mechanical Fitters/ Technicians - PM Shift

Mechanical Fitters/ Technicians urgently required to work an PM Shift for a specialist engineering and manufacturing business based near Woking, We are looking for experienced fitters and assemblers who can work to engineering drawings and build a wide range of mechanical products, lifting and access equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a new challenge, who wants to put your assembly, fitting and production experience to the test!

Shift pattern: Monday - Thursday 2:30pm- 10:30pm, Friday 1:00pm - 8:00pm

These roles have been created due to huge investment following a number of massive contract wins resulting in an 18 month full order book and requirement for a new shift! This role has the opportunity for real career progression into a team Lead and then field service based roles, with live examples of fitters who are now travelling the world doing installations, repairs and maintenance, having started in the workshop.

Mechanical Assembly/ Fitting of Steel and Aluminium equipment
knowledge of Ground support, platforms, access and lifting equipment
working to technical drawings and build sheets
Use of hand tools and power tools
Assembly of access structures, ground support equipment, and similar products.
Packing and protection of parts and products.
