Multi-Skilled HVAC / Plumber Engineer - Tilbury - £44,000 per annum - No Call out

My Client is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a leading facilities company, specialising in the maintenance of innovative high tech spaces. You will be responsible for carrying out PPM/ reactive work on HVAC equipment utilising your previouscommercial experience to do so. Below are more details on this excellent new opportunity:

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas and air conditioning
Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties
Self delivery of smaller installations
Inspecting air conditioning systems.
Diagnosing faulty equipment.
Service and maintenance of air conditioning units
Installation of air conditioning units
Having good written and spoken communication skills.
To manage PPM, Day works, Statutory compliance and Call-outs as appropriate.
Service and maintenance of air conditioning units include : VRF systems/chillers/heat pumps
Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment
Order and fit parts or components to the equipmentwhen required.
Reactive and planned commercial maintenance
Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship
Person specification:

Commercial Gas certified (Ideally)
NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning
F Gas
NVQ or City & Guilds level 2 / 3 in plumbing and heating
Previous experience within FM environment
Package

Salary:

£44,000 per annum

Hours:

7::30am4:30pm, Monday to Friday

No call-out rota
