Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Hammersmith - Commercial Office - Client Facing - Up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Hammersmith. CBW are currently recruiting for a Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building based near Hammersmith station.

My Client is a well established FM provider that is privatelyowned and has 20+ years of experience providinga range of hard FM services across London and the home counties. They specialisewithin, mechanical, electrical engineering, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

The site is a well know commercialoffice that is located 5 minutes away from Hammesmith station. Some of the lines that connect to Hammersmith are - Circle, Hammersmith & City, District line. Within the building it is a 10 store state of the art building with brand new equipment. This building is a cooperatehead office building holding one of the biggest companies in the world.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, plenty of overtime available, 26 days holiday + Bank holidays, further training and further career progression, call outs are required, 3% pension.

Key Duties &Responsibilities
Monitor the mechanical plant
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Pressurisation Units
Cooling Towers
Chillers
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment
Monitor the BMS systems
Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
General building fabric
Escort specialist subcontractors
Doing reactive works
Hours of work
Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
8am to 5pm
Requirements
Mechanically / Plumbing qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
Installation experience
Excellent customer service skills
Happy to cover a large site
Honest, hard working and reliable
