Marine Engineering Technicians Electrical & Mechanical | Up to £21.57/hr | 6-Month Contract

We are looking for skilled Electrical and Mechanical Technicians to support a major marine engineering programme during deep maintenance periods. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your technical expertise will directly contribute to restoring and regenerating essential systems keeping operations moving forward.

If you have ever worked in marine engineering, or in structured environments that demand discipline, technical precision, and adaptability this is your opportunity to get back into a role that values those skills.

What You will Be Doing:

  • Maintaining and assisting in the regeneration of key electrical and mechanical systems onboard vessels

  • Rectifying defects and ensuring equipment is safe, operational, and test-ready

  • Completing defect reports and system updates using a digital maintenance management system

  • Supporting ongoing deep maintenance projects and upkeeping responsibilities onboard ships

  • Communicating effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders to report on system condition and readiness
