Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. Responsibilities

* Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
* Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks efficiently to minimise downtime.
* Troubleshoot mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs carried out.
* Follow safety protocols and ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
* Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as required.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise maintenance schedules and procedures.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar technical role.
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
* Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A valid driving licence is desirable but not essential. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute their expertise within a dynamic team environment while ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,050.00-£35,000.00 per year
