Our client is a National Property and FM Provider. It is currently enjoying a growth period and looking to hire an experienced Foot-Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Central London.

As the Foot-Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will cover numerous client sites which range from small hospitals, commercial office space, to retail and research centres. You must have a proven track record of working in a similar role and hold relevant qualifications. NVQ Level 2 or 3 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

The successful Foot-Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will carry out planned and reactive maintenance at these sites e.g. pumps, motors, AC and other related building services. 80% will be PPMs and 20% will be reactive works.

Our client is looking for good Mechanical Maintenance Engineers who can fault-find, are pro-active, want to help and are multi-skilled.
