Dynamics 365 Developer – 12-month Contract – London

My customer is embarking on an exciting journey to bring their Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities back in-house, transitioning away from a third-party provider. As part of their evolving hybrid cloud strategy, they’re looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to take ownership of their internal configuration processes and tailor the platform to meet the future needs of their business.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in the ongoing evolution of the Dynamics 365 environment. You'll lead the hands-on development, configuration, and customisation of Dynamics 365, ensuring it aligns closely with business objectives. This is an opportunity to shape the future of their internal systems and be a trusted technical voice within the customers transformation journey.

Dynamics 365 Developer - Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with a strong background in customisation and integration.
Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with AL and C/AL development languages.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).
Experience working within hybrid cloud or transitional cloud environments is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Dynamics 365 Developer - Key Responsibilities:

The Dynamics 365 Developer will lead the development and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to suit evolving business needs.
Transition Dynamics 365 configuration processes from external suppliers to internal ownership.
Design and implement tailored solutions within Dynamics, integrating with the wider IT estate.
Support the ongoing development of our hybrid cloud infrastructure strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and implement functional improvements.
Provide technical support, documentation, and training where required.
